Responsibility
- Ensure company operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and maintain business permits, licenses, and other regulatory documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
