Join Virginia Food, Inc. as a Compliance Manager and take the lead in overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial and procurement agreements. Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial and procurement contracts, from drafting to execution and renewal.
- Ensure all agreements comply with local, national, and international regulations, as well as company policies.
- Negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable and compliant terms.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to minimize legal and operational risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing contracts to ensure ongoing adherence to terms and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align contract strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance-related matters, including data protection, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contracts, amendments, and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPP, CCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, contract management, or a related role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and industry compliance standards.
- Proven ability to negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
