Responsibility
- Conduct thorough KYC/KYB procedures to verify the identity of clients and business entities.
- Perform AML checks and sanctions screening to detect and prevent financial crimes.
- Monitor transactions and activities to identify suspicious behavior and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in local and international compliance regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, and sanctions screening processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Bank Indonesia regulations, FATF recommendations, and other relevant compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in using compliance software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or similar are a plus.
