Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in the workplace.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and wellness checks for staff.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace health and safety concerns.
- Educate employees on preventive care, hygiene, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Monitor and manage workplace health hazards and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing health-related workshops, seminars, and vaccination drives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in occupational health or corporate wellness.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
