Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations as required by company policy and local regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and promote wellness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees, including treatment histories and health assessments.
- Monitor and manage communicable disease control measures, including contact tracing and isolation protocols when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess workplace hazards and recommend ergonomic or environmental improvements.
- Organize and lead health education workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with local and international occupational health standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent) with a valid professional license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, occupational health, or corporate healthcare.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and familiar with digital health management systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
