Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs for staff.
- Manage and coordinate employee health benefits, including HMO and government health programs.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement workplace safety policies and emergency response procedures.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices through training and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification in occupational health (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing or occupational health.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with local health regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
