Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations to promote employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs, including health education and preventive care initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Monitor workplace hygiene and sanitation standards to prevent health hazards.
- Provide health counseling and support to employees on various health-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and maintaining medical records.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
