Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide clear, professional counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose levels) and offer preventive care recommendations to promote community wellness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes through medication therapy management.
- Manage inventory, order pharmaceutical supplies, and maintain compliance with local and national regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and community members on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and the safe use of over-the-counter medications.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs (e.g., vaccination drives, chronic disease management workshops) tailored to local needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, clinical guidelines, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) or equivalent, with a valid Indonesian Pharmacist License (STRA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting; fresh graduates with strong clinical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and cultural sensitivity to serve Bali’s multicultural communities.
- Passion for community health education and preventive care.
