Whether you're organizing virtual events, moderating discussions, or analyzing community metrics, your contributions will directly shape the future of financial literacy and investment in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and retain active members in investor-focused platforms like Stockbit.
- Moderate and facilitate discussions, ensuring a positive, informative, and compliant environment for retail investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute educational content, market updates, and investment insights.
- Utilize automation tools (e.g., Telegram bots) to streamline community management, notifications, and member interactions.
- Monitor community health metrics (e.g., engagement rates, member growth) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) with industry experts to boost community value.
- Gather feedback from community members to identify pain points and opportunities for platform or service enhancements.
- Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to keep the community informed and engaged.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within financial, fintech, or investor-focused communities.
- Strong familiarity with Stockbit and the Indonesian retail investor landscape.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Telegram bots, Discord bots, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and compliant messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret community data and derive actionable insights.
- Passion for financial markets, investing, or personal finance, with a desire to educate and empower others.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
