As a Community Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our residents, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Responsibility
- Welcome and onboard new residents, ensuring a smooth and warm transition into the community.
- Organize and host engaging events and activities that foster a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting living environment.
- Develop and implement community-building initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a positive and inclusive community culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Gather feedback from residents and provide insights to improve community services and amenities.
- Represent Weave Co-Living at local events and partnerships to strengthen our brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or community management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating meaningful connections and fostering a sense of community.
- Familiarity with Bali's culture and lifestyle is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and resident support.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
