Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and execute company-sponsored events, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and on-site management.
- Create and distribute event-related communications, such as invitations, agendas, and follow-up materials.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide insights to improve service quality and event experiences.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management on event outcomes and customer feedback trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and event management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, public relations, or event coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Experience in planning and executing events is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
