From developing innovative engagement strategies to managing digital and traditional communications, your work will help us redefine how art interacts with public spaces and communities.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to promote OH! Open House's art initiatives and events across Bali.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, to engage diverse audiences.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and cultural partners to amplify our reach and impact.
- Coordinate community engagement activities, including workshops, talks, and public events, to foster connections between artists and local communities.
- Collaborate with artists, curators, and internal teams to craft narratives that highlight the unique stories behind our art experiences.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to refine communications strategies and improve audience interaction.
- Support fundraising efforts by developing donor communications, sponsorship proposals, and grant applications.
- Represent OH! Open House at public events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Arts Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or community engagement, preferably in the arts or cultural sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience managing social media accounts, email marketing, and content creation for a brand or organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including artists, donors, and community members.
- Familiarity with Bali's arts and culture scene, as well as local media and influencer networks, is a plus.
