In this role, you will be an integral part of the internal communications team, responsible for synthesizing complex financial information into clear, professional, and visually engaging materials. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that departmental messaging aligns with corporate standards and that all internal presentations reflect the high caliber of our banking operations.

Responsibility
- Prepare, edit, and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior management and departmental meetings.
- Design and distribute internal communication materials, including newsletters, memos, and intranet updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital and print channels.
- Maintain a repository of communication assets, ensuring all documents adhere to company branding guidelines.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of internal town halls and corporate engagement events.
- Monitor feedback on internal communication efforts and suggest improvements for higher engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outbound departmental communications for accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, administrative support, or a related role; experience in banking is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory; additional experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for copyediting and proofreading.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a contract-based or fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-savvy, with a quick ability to adapt to internal content management systems.
