Responsibility
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
- Ensure all food items meet quality and safety standards, adhering to HACCP and food hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, including stock rotation and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients and internal departments.
- Operate and maintain commissary equipment, such as mixers, slicers, and packaging machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist in the development and testing of new recipes or product variations under the guidance of the production manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
- Document production data, including yields, waste, and inventory levels, for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food production, commissary operations, or a related role in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with commissary equipment and tools, such as scales, mixers, and packaging machines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a production environment.
- Basic computer skills for recording data and generating reports (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
