Responsibility
- Manage and maintain CRM databases to ensure high data accuracy and sales funnel transparency.
- Oversee end-to-end trade logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track marketing and operational budgets to ensure fiscal compliance and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to support strategic decision-making for Australian market initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve commercial roadblocks and optimize sales processes.
- Maintain documentation for operational workflows and policy adherence.
- Support the sales leadership team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and logistical processes with high attention to detail.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and comfort with AU business hours (preferred).
