Based in Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance, enhance product knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver commercial training programs tailored to gadget/electronics product lines and sales techniques.
- Assess training needs through gap analysis and collaborate with regional managers to align programs with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training for sales teams, retailers, and partners across Bali.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create engaging training materials (e.g., manuals, e-learning modules, videos) in alignment with brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitive insights to keep training content relevant.
- Mentor and coach new hires and underperforming staff to accelerate their onboarding and productivity.
- Partner with HR to identify high-potential talent and develop succession plans for key roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in retail, electronics, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs for commercial teams.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with gadget/electronics products and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and potentially other regions as needed.
