Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end order processing to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Conduct detailed reviews of quotations and proposals to ensure commercial viability and compliance.
- Coordinate contract drafting, review, and execution between legal and stakeholder teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional business support, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor sales documentation and ensure all records are maintained according to company policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on sales operations and commercial performance for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial, sales coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous due to regional operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of contract terms and commercial business processes.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
