Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute daily commercial administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate sales contracts, proposals, and tender documents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Support the sales team in identifying market opportunities and maintaining client databases.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure high standards of service are maintained throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations and business correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a commercial support, sales administration, or executive role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
