Responsibility

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of commercial data across all company applications and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for Sales and Project Management teams to maximize the adoption and effective use of company apps.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations for end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to identify and implement improvements in data workflows and app functionalities.
  • Generate regular reports on data quality, user activity, and system performance for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new users, providing documentation and hands-on support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company data policies and industry standards for data integrity and security.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial support, data management, or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
