Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of collection agents to achieve recovery targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in collection activities.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the collection team.
- Handle escalated customer accounts and resolve complex collection issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall credit and collection processes.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
