Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain stock to avoid shortages while minimizing waste.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold Bask Bear Coffee’s brand standards and service excellence.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotions, events, and seasonal menu updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and industry best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
