Responsibility
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise baristas and staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll in coordination with HR.
- Uphold Baskbear Coffee’s brand standards and customer experience guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
