Responsibility
- Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to deliver consistent, high-quality coffee and customer experiences
- Manage inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, to minimize waste and control costs
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial reporting with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Monitor and maintain equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed
- Prepare staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coffee shop or hospitality supervision
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, equipment, and industry trends
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Basic financial acumen for inventory management, cost control, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Valid food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
