Responsibility
- Assist baristas and staff in delivering food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
- Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essential items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and storage areas.
- Support the team during peak hours by managing orders, packaging takeaway items, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the coffee shop for daily operations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
