Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of CNC milling machines and related industrial equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in CNC systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing urgent repair needs and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement machine optimization strategies.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and client feedback.
- Train end-users and client personnel on proper machine operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, or repairing CNC milling machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Haas) and G-code programming.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and precision measurement tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for on-site support.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
