Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the club house, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., F&B, maintenance, security) to ensure smooth and efficient club house operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, safety, and facility management.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Organize and execute events, tournaments, and member activities to enhance engagement and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all club house facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in club house, resort, or luxury hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and budgeting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
