Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain cloud solutions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in cloud migration projects and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Configure and manage virtual machines, containers, and serverless architectures.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are a plus).
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration and networking fundamentals.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving technical expertise.
- Prior internship or project experience in cloud support, IT helpdesk, or systems administration is advantageous.
