Responsibility
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for cloud-based services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Assist in cloud migrations, deployments, and configuration management for clients.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize cloud resources and reduce costs.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge base development.
- Conduct regular system health checks and proactively address potential risks.
- Educate end-users on cloud service functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, security protocols, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cloud support, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
