Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble food products according to standardized recipes and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in the daily operations of the cloud kitchen, including food prep, cooking, packaging, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Follow strict quality control measures to guarantee every dish meets our brandâs high standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies to create a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or hospitality role is preferred but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
