Responsibility

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract corporate clients, resorts, and event planners in Bali’s hospitality sector.
  • Design and customize team-building programs and cohesion activities tailored to client needs, ensuring high engagement and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, tour operators, and corporate partners.
  • Lead sales efforts, including proposals, pitches, and negotiations, to secure new contracts and retain existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns to showcase our offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and innovative program ideas.
  • Oversee the logistics and execution of team-building events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including revenue targets, client acquisition, and program success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or event management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for designing unique experiences.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s corporate and tourism landscape is highly advantageous.
