Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications and services.
- Monitor cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance policies, including access controls, compliance, and cost management.
- Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices to protect against cyber threats.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud administration, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
