Responsibility
- Provide administrative and clinical support to Hypercare and Telemedicine teams, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating virtual consultations, ensuring smooth communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
- Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on patient referrals, lab results, and treatment plans to ensure timely and appropriate care.
- Facilitate telemedicine platform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to patients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline clinical workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct patient outreach and education on telemedicine services, usage, and benefits.
- Prepare and distribute reports and analytics on telemedicine performance and patient feedback.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical support, healthcare administration, or telemedicine services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic telemedicine platforms.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new digital health tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
