Responsibility
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals on Critical Care products.
- Provide on-site and virtual clinical support to ensure proper usage and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify training needs and improve product adoption.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess training effectiveness and address any clinical concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Critical Care technologies and integrate them into training programs.
- Document training sessions, feedback, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent IDS Medical Systems at industry conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field; active nursing license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Critical Care, ICU, or a similar high-acuity setting.
- Proven experience in training, education, or clinical support roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices and technologies used in Critical Care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical concepts.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training sessions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving positive change in healthcare practices.
