Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical and clinical support for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal neuromonitoring setup and interpretation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IONM equipment in real-time to minimize disruptions.
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on the proper use of IONM systems and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of neuromonitoring data, equipment usage, and patient outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in IONM technology and surgical techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
- Provide post-operative support and follow-up as needed to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Neurophysiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) or a similar clinical role.
- Certification in IONM (e.g., CNIM, R. EEG T.) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrophysiology, anatomy, and surgical procedures involving the nervous system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, to support emergency and scheduled surgeries.
- Proficiency in using IONM equipment and software (e.g., Natus, Medtronic, Cadwell).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
