Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and other modalities.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests and assessments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in clinical psychology.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or certified as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and assessments.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, play therapy, and family therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
