Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized nutrition care plans for patients based on medical conditions, dietary needs, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to integrate nutritional therapy into patient treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital nutrition policies, food safety regulations, and clinical best practices.
- Conduct regular nutritional assessments, including anthropometric measurements, biochemical data analysis, and dietary history reviews.
- Oversee food service operations, including menu planning, vendor coordination, and quality control of meals served to patients.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on proper nutrition, dietary restrictions, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient nutrition status, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, enteral/parenteral nutrition, and dietary modifications for various health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using nutrition assessment tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is required.
