Responsibility
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff in community health and geriatric care.
- Provide hands-on clinical instruction and mentorship to senior staff nurses in nursing homes and ILTC facilities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in elderly care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care standards and outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of nursing staff performance and training effectiveness.
- Stay updated with advancements in gerontology and community health to enhance training programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development among healthcare staff.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license with at least 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric or community health.
- Proven experience in training or mentoring nursing staff in ILTC or healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of gerontology, geriatric care, and community health principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
