Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the hospital or clinical facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with medical staff, departments, and external stakeholders to streamline patient services and workflow efficiency.
- Manage patient records, billing, and insurance claims with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational productivity.
- Monitor and allocate resources, including staffing, supplies, and budgets, to optimize facility performance.
- Facilitate communication between clinical teams, patients, and management to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Organize and maintain schedules for appointments, surgeries, and administrative meetings.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or clinical administration, with a proven track record in operational management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and hospital information systems (HIS).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data management tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
