Responsibility
- Provide clinical training and education to healthcare professionals on Transmedicâs cardiovascular products and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for product adoption in hospitals and clinics.
- Offer technical and clinical support during product demonstrations, installations, and post-sales follow-ups.
- Stay updated on the latest cardiovascular technologies, clinical studies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, cardiologists, and hospital staff.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or clinical issues related to product usage.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product development and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all clinical interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical, sales, or technical role within the cardiovascular or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to train and educate healthcare professionals on complex medical technologies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal) is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and potentially other regions in Indonesia.
- Certification in cardiovascular care (e.g., ACLS, BLS) is highly desirable.
