Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients across all age groups, including medical history reviews and anthropometric measurements.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans aligned with evidence-based guidelines for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and malnutrition.
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to patients and caregivers, educating them on dietary modifications, meal planning, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to integrate nutrition therapy into holistic patient care.
- Design and deliver community nutrition workshops and outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient nutrition status and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated on emerging nutrition research and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Certification or licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent (e.g., APN, AND).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, hospital, or community health settings.
- Proven ability to interpret medical data (e.g., lab results) and tailor nutrition interventions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition software (e.g., Nutrium, EatLove).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex nutritional challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
