Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of advanced medical equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote clinical support to ensure optimal performance and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to assess client needs and recommend tailored medical solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for end-users, including doctors, nurses, and lab technicians.
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively address maintenance or operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and clinical best practices to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
- Document and report customer feedback, technical issues, and service requests to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical, technical, or sales support role within the medical equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
