Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the SOZO Skin Clinic in Bali, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of beauty professionals, including aestheticians, therapists, and support staff, to maintain exceptional client experiences.
- Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control, to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events that drive client engagement and clinic growth.
- Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and technologies to keep the clinic competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or spa management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve operational and customer service excellence.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for beauty and wellness clinics in Indonesia.
- Experience in marketing and business development, with a track record of driving client acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
