Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to protocols, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of aesthetics professionals, including therapists, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage inventory of medical and cosmetic products, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
- Collaborate with medical directors and practitioners to uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and treatment efficacy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and regulatory changes to keep the clinic at the forefront of aesthetics innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A background in aesthetics or dermatology is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with a proven track record in operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics treatments, client consultation processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with clinic management software and CRM systems for efficient operations and data tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
