Responsibility
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk registration process efficiently.
- Assist doctors with basic patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medication stocks.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding appointments and services.
- Ensure the clinic premises remain clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate referral letters and manage follow-up appointments for patients.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; certificate in Nursing or Healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (proficiency in other local dialects is a plus).
- A positive, empathetic, and patient-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle multi-tasking under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a professional appearance.
- Willingness to work based on the clinic's operational shift hours.
