Responsibility
- Assist doctors and nurses with routine clinical procedures and patient examinations.
- Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, hygienic, and child-friendly at all times.
- Handle patient records and data entry with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies, medication stock-taking, and ordering.
- Process payments and handle insurance claims or government subsidies (e.g., CHAS/MediSave).
- Provide administrative support to the clinic manager and medical staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and calm demeanor, especially when interacting with children.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, clinic management software).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for patient communication.
