Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide case management services, including monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with community partners to design and implement impactful social programs.
- Offer counseling and support to individuals and families facing social challenges.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and case progress.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of community resources and social service systems.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
