Responsibility
- Warmly welcome and register patients upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle patient inquiries via phone or email.
- Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical procedures and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic premises.
- Handle patient records with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Process payments and manage daily petty cash accounts.
- Assist in the inventory management of medical supplies and stationery.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma in any field.
- Possess a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to standard clinic operating hours.
