Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a secretarial, administrative, or executive support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
