Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals in patient consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
- Prepare and administer medications under the supervision of licensed medical staff (for Pharmacy Assistants).
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up care for patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic or pharmacy areas, including inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs or preparing medical equipment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Medical Assisting, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, medical, or pharmacy setting (fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care standards, and pharmacy operations (as applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
