Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded in the system.
- Assist medical staff with patient preparations, including taking vital signs and escorting patients to examination rooms.
- Manage and organize medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are clean, sterile, and readily available.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Assist with basic clinical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and coordinate orders to ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clinical or administrative healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical staff, and visitors.
